Our B2B client is looking for an Events Manager to help with a leave coverage! This is expected to be a 4-6 month contract.

This is a hybrid role, with onsite work in Redmond and Seattle depending on the event, 3+ days a week. They expect the work to be up to 40 hours depending on the event schedule.

The Events Manager will handle all event planning and execution including, but not limited to:
- working closely with the marketing and sales teams
- ordering and sometimes transporting materials for events
- communicating and coordinating with vendors and event hosts
- managing agendas; keeping notes and documentation related to events and events-related meetings
- coming on-site to the office as needed (likely 1+ days per week and more for local events); other related marketing duties
- Travel to events 30%

The ideal Events Manager will have:
- 4+ years of events management experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience working on mid-size / enterprise events (20-20,000 attendees)
- The ability to go onsite to office and various local and non-local events (30% travel)
- Experience writing directly to churches/ religious audiences is preferred
