Our B2B SaaS client for non-profits ("tech for good") is looking for a collaborative, hands-on, versatile Growth and Product Marketing Specialist to join their team!
Role will kick off at ~15-20 hours/week depending on projects and experience level with some potential to expand down the road.
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years consulting on & executing growth and product marketing plans for B2B SaaS products
- Experience and/or ability to report directly into C-Suite executives
- Proven ability in defining marketing goals and process for product releases, strategic marketing campaigns, SEO and other growth initiatives
- Experience defining, managing and revising Google Ads, user acquisition, social, email and retention campaigns
- Ability to delegate for social and PR needs and how they connect into larger marketing goals
- Non-profit or startup experience is highly preferred
This Growth and Product Marketing Strategist will be:
- Working closely with C-Suite including CEO, other executives and broader team
- Consulting and executing on marketing plans to help grow user base and meet company goals
- Helping define marketing goals and process for product releases, strategic marketing campaigns, and other growth initiatives
- Helping improve website to maximize new user acquisition and retention; taking SEO and SEM into consideration
- Maximizing Google Ad budget and testimonial uses
- Managing campaigns in HubSpot and optimizing how team uses platform
- Delegating/pushing social and PR needs and how they connect into larger marketing goals
- Providing roadmap ideas on how to improve and build out marketing team/function
