Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to assist their team for about 6 months, with a possibility to extend.

This role is remote with occasional onsite needs in Manhattan. A computer will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Produce regional industry and sales events (both physical and virtual), webinars, direct mail, digital programs, and more
- Manage internal resources for creating landing pages, sending email invitations, building invite lists, uploading attendee lists in Salesforce, etc.
- Coordinate event details with venue, vendors, sales, and attendees
- Own travel arrangements, ordering swag, week of communications/FAQs, and day of troubleshooting.
- Mange direct mail campaigns
- Analyze and present marketing program performance to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience working in PR, Events, Field marketing.
- Event management experience: vendor contract negotiations, tracking budgets, show services ordering (i.e. A/V and internet)
- Ability to lift/ship boxes up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics and selling into a technical audience, nice to have
- A diligent project manager with the ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Nice to have: Knowledge of common marketing technologies like Salesforce and Marketo and PM tools like Jira.
