Our financial services client is looking for a Web Content / Social Media Coordinator to support their team for ~2 months, 40 hours/week, potential to convert for the right fit!

The ideal candidate is able to come onsite Tuesday - Thursday in Concord, CA. Remote candidates will be considered if unable to identify an onsite hybrid candidate.

The ideal Web / Social Media Coordinator should have:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in website content management, digital marketing, and social media coordinator roles
- Understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
- An understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with inbound marketing platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social) and familiarity with social media analytics

Responsibilities:
- Update and ensure website content and imagery is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Assist with the intake of new social media requests and schedule social media posts
- Respond to DMs, comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media comments and escalate for crisis management when necessary
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed to implement website updates and improvements
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels
