Our events agency client is looking for a Creative Events Program Lead to join their team full-time!

This role is remote for day-to-day planning, with the requirement to attend on site events and site visits (San Francisco Bay Area). Events range from 1-5 per month.

Skills Required:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience designing events and working with large brands (tech preferred) with a modern, fresh aesthetic
- Understanding of environmental and graphic design, video/motion graphics, and creative workflows and deliverables
- Experience managing of end-to-end creative production and post-production
- Client-facing experience
- Plus: Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe InDesign & Illustrator

Responsibilities of the Creative Events Program Lead:
- Manage the creative development process and vision from concept to final delivery for client events (experiential events, pop-ups, conferences, brand activations, and more)
- Oversee and develop: event decks, in-person event design, virtual event design, asset management
- Develop project timelines and oversee the production of all creative assets to meet clients event goals, budget and brand standards
- As a team: create the event format, activations, virtual experience, goals, mood boards, overall event aesthetic and identity
