Lead Presentation Designer

Our commercial real estate client is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join their team on a fulltime basis.
This will be a hybrid role in the Bay Area, with 3 days/week onsite (primary office location is in San Francisco).
This Lead Presentation Designer will be responsible for:
- ~90 of the time crafting compelling pitch decks and narratives for presentations (Tenant, investor, internal presentations, etc.)
- ~10% of the time creating and designing marketing materials including but not limited to:
o Financial charts, graphs, and infographics
o Promotional items and employee communications
o Brochures, ads, invitations, posters, and programs
o Digital communication assets (emails, video walls, etc.)
o Manage the regional digital asset bank
o Occasionally organize and manage photo and video shoots
This Lead Presentation Designer will need:
- 5+ years of presentation design experience
- Industry experience in: Life science, commercial real estate, pharmaceuticals, biotech, architecture, or other adjacent industries also a plus
- Mastery of PowerPoint
- Strong professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expertise creating data visualizations and charts
- Strong proofreading skills are a plus
- Ability to think strategically, work on their own, be a self-starter
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field is preferred
Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
