The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a UX Research Assistant to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 2-3 days a week. This role has the options of working out of Seattle or Bay Area offices. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top Responsibilities for UX Research Assistant:
-Conduct foundational research and literature reviews to examine assumptions and lay the groundwork for new products.
-Plan, observe, and moderate concept testing sessions, interviews, and diary studies.
-Coordinate user study logistics (collaborate with participant recruiters, schedule interviews and lab sessions, distribute incentives).
-Analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
-Synthesize insights and create research reports.
-Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Ideal Qualifications for UX Research Assistant:
-B.A./B.S. (completed) or M.A/M.S./M.Des./Ph.D. in Human Factors, HCI, Design, Product Development, Psychology, Anthropology, Linguistics, Computer Science, Social Science, or other field emphasizing human behavior.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
-Experience with a range of qualitative research methods and analysis techniques.
-Ability to translate research findings into actionable, persuasive insights for the product team.
-Experience crafting and communicating research findings through appropriate means.
