Product Manager

Our early childhood development client is in need of a Product Manager to support their client for 5 months, 15-20 hours/week, fully remote!

In this role the Product Manager will:
- Oversee all of client's partner scope of work to ensure all deliverables and goals are fulfilled
- Partner closely with the client to to review, approve and contribute to each deliverable and phase of work and provide guidance on budget considerations
- Contribute to the refinement and articulation of well-defined jobs-to-be done for a focused target audience
- Oversee the development and updates of the agile product roadmap with sprints for feature design, implementation and testing and establishes user acquisition benchmarks
- Lead RFP process to articulate all needs for development phase of prototype and oversee the selection of a development partner

The ideal Product Manager should possess the following experience:
- 5+ years in a dynamic product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of agile product development lifecycle
- Strong market research, product research, feature research, competitor research, and experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative tools and approaches
- Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration and technology vendor management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Early childhood systems building and/or virtual community management or product experience strongly preferred

Nice to have's:
- Product management and/or UXI and UXR certifications strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Aha Product Management preferred
- Advanced skills in program management, strategy, product development, organizational agility, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas, thoughts, and concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive and support others in a creative, fast paced, and highly professional culture that emphasizes excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Reliability in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
