Our tech client based in San Francisco is looking for a VP of Product Marketing to join their team full time. This role is hybrid and requires you to be vaccinated to go onsite!

The ideal candidate MUST have MarTech or AdTech experience. You must also have 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing and 10+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more.

As the VP of Product Marketing, you will:
- Create and drive the core product messaging and positioning throughout the organization
(be the translator between engineering/product and the world)
- Foster deep cross-collaboration between Product, Sales and Marketing to consistently
deliver clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning within a highly competitive
landscape. Become a trusted advisor to these functions.
- Lead GTM and launches, partnering closely with Product and Sales.
- Drive engagement with the broader ecosystem including building a community of evangelists within the customer base, and drive education in adtech
- Anticipate trends in ad tech and position the company for success to lead in the market
with a visionary approach
- Collaborate with Product leadership to develop the vision for our roadmap through the
eyes of our customers
- Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure the successful execution of product
launch strategies and lead the company through transformative product changes
- Develop compelling, evergreen content strategies to drive engagement in the market
- Collaborate on sales enablement strategies to ensure success of the commercial teams
- Advance the vision and role of Product Marketing
- Hire, coach, develop and inspire your team

To be considered as the VP of Product Marketing, you will need:
- Education: Bachelors Degree, MBA nice to have
- 12+ years experience in Product Marketing; 10+ years experience in management
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining successful PMM
strategy
- Highly collaborative across functions and the translator between engineering/product and
sales
- Customer focused mindset
- Comfortable being hands-on with individual projects as needed
- Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability
to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs with
varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
- Deep understanding of the ad tech industry
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to hire and develop new team members
