Our architectural client is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to cover someone on maternity leave until April 2022. This role is 30 hours a week and fully remote until the end of the year, then, will be on a hybrid schedule in San Francisco.

The ideal candidate will have experience being part of a team that runs social media campaigns for a professional services firm. You will be familiar with executing organic social media ads on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be:
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing and supporting the entire marketing team.
- Providing support for presentations, proposals, mailers and special projects/events.
- Helping to drive social media strategy including developing, posting and managing digital and social media content and schedule
- Building and maintaining consistency for company brand across digital channels.
- Supporting and coordinating creation and implementation of various in-person and virtual marketing driven events.
- Managing mailchimp campaigns including maintaining and helping grow mail lists and helping create email blasts.
- Assisting with updates/maintenance of website.
- Assisting with awards submittals and other PR support.
- Updating standard marketing support materials including but not limited to: project tear sheets, brochures, qual packages, interview handouts, PowerPoint, PR Kits and other marketing materials.
- Providing production support for proposals and project pursuits as needed.
- Supporting & helping advance Cosential database for lead tracking and communication.
- Providing general administrative support to the Director of Marketing, assisting with meeting coordination and special events as needed and with the potential for additional duties as assigned.

To be considered as the Social Media Coordinator, you will need:
- 2+ years experience in marketing for an architecture or design related firm or related agency.
- Knowledge of software programs including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, PowerPoint, Acrobat Professional and MS Office.
- Experience with social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to implement graphic concepts and work with other design individuals to create the final product. Knowledge of print and digital media a plus.
- Familiarity with Cosential and Mail Chimp systems a plus.
