Creative Producer - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our Event Agency client is looking for a Creative Producer to help their team for paternal leave coverage. Role will be ~10 - 20 hours/week on average with some potential to ramp up to closer to ~30 hours/week during busier times.

This Creative Producer will be:
- Managing the creative development on event programs including executing project scope, develop timelines and milestones, work with vendors, facilitate reviews and communication, and ensure project delivery requirements are met
- Working internally and with clients to develop Event format,
activations and virtual experience, mood boards, Fonts/colors/event logo/imagery, Branding, signage, collateral, Decor and installations (stage sets)Furniture/rentals, Linens/florals, Swag/gifts, Lighting/AV and Virtual event design when applicable
- Managing the vendors/freelancers that are producing the creative element
- Provide creative oversight and development of design decks

Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of creative production experience at event agency, production company, or in experiential events
- Deep understanding of environmental and graphic design, video/motion graphics, and creative workflows and deliverables
- Managing production and post-production processes and the ability to monitor progress for timely execution
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
