Graphic Designer - Peninsula Area

Our construction client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team FULL TIME in San Mateo!

The Graphic Designer will:
- Create visual assets for marketing materials, products, proposals, and qualifications
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop high quality design solutions
- Develop and design advertising materials and campaigns
- Ensure company brand and design guidelines are consistent throughout all assets

The ideal Graphic Designer should have the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, publishing, or editorial layout
- Strong design/creative portfolio
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize daily operations and long-term projects in order to meet deadlines, ensure efficient workflow, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work effectively and productively both independently and with a variety of people in an environment of rapidly changing deadlines and priorities
- Superior communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
