Our client is looking for a Web Content Writer with experience in B2B to join their marketing team full-time. This position will be onsite in Phoenix, Monday - Friday 9 to 5. There may be some flexibility to work remote down the road.

A current portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create B2B content for digital platforms is required.

You MUST have a strong understanding of SEO techniques, a high level or creativity, attention to detail and a mastery of professional writing skills.

What you will be doing as a Web Content Writer:
-Researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing website content, articles, blog posts, and newsletters
-Develop new content and periodically refresh existing content on company websites
-Produce relevant content that meets department and project-specific goals and objectives
-Deliver clean copy with consistency in tone and style across all content, meeting project deadlines and scope (purpose, keywords, length, etc.)
-Work closely with Communications & Content Manager to create, maintain, and routinely reassess blog content calendar
-Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize campaign creative, blog content, and newsletter topics
-Stay informed on industry news to help curate relevant sharable web content
-Coordinate with Social Content Creator to align content schedule for website and social media channels
-Contribute to ad hoc writing projects, as needed

What you need to know as a Web Content Writer:
-Bachelor's degree or communications, writing, marketing, internet marketing, journalism, English, or related field
-Superior execution of written, verbal, interpersonal, and professional communications skills
-Ability to understand audience and write with minimal editorial guidance
-Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills to deliver error-free copy
-Ability to adapt writing style that maintains brand voice, tone, style and image
-Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects with many moving parts and changing priorities
-Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager preferred
-Ability to utilize or quickly learn new software and cloud-based tools
-Some travel may be offered but is not required
