Our professional service client is looking for a Full Time Marketing Coordinator to join their team team to support ongoing business development efforts.

This is an exciting role looking for a strong Marketing Coordinator with excellent project management skills, strong writing skills, and a strong design sensibility to support sales and business development through RFP, RFI, infographics and Presentations. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years experience ideally working within the real estate or professional service industry. Projects Include proposals, project sheets, brochures, and social media posts.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
-Writing and updating content for marketing projects
-Updating templated data with project information
-Production of RFP/RFI proposals and presentations
-Editing and proof reading documents before submitting
-Updating property data in CRM
-Coordinating industry and sponsored events/conferences
-Tracking projects on Google Docs

Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator:
-Excellent writing skills
-Strong design eye
-Microsoft Office
-Adobe Creative Cloud
