Our client is hiring a Content Writer/Social Media Assistant to join their team for ongoing projects help through December.

This will be fully remote, 20-25 hours per week.

What you will be doing as a Content Writer/Social Media Assistant:
- manage social media editorial calendar
- assist in writing social media, web, email and press release copy
- draft social media posts, emails, web content and press releases
- ensure editorial calendar is current and includes all college and district office campaigns
- collaborate internally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms
- creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge
- experience in implementing designs in marketing campaigns

What you need to know as a Content Writer/Social Media Assistant:
- Four year related degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of social media management and marketing experience
- knowledge of social media editorial calendars
- knowledge of social media and email copywriting best practices
- strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
- ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
