Top Responsibilities:
-Plan research approaches/activities for evaluating a beta feature.
-Collect and analyze user behavior via interviews, surveys, and product usage data.
-Evangelize research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
Ideal Qualifications:
-BA/BS Degree required.
-4+ years of minimum experience as a UX Researcher
-Strong understanding of evaluative research methods, surveys, and product success metrics.
-A deep instinct for evaluating product success including characterizing usage patterns, identifying adoption blockers/opportunities, and creating actionable product recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
