The Bay Area's top video-sharing giant is seeking a UX Content Strategist to assist their team.
Top Responsibilities:
-Deliver clear, trustworthy, and concise UX writing solutions for the viewer experience.
-Partner with UX design, research, product management, project management, and engineering partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey.
-Craft solutions that are authentic to brand values and uphold cross-platform UXW standards.
Ideal Qualifications:
-BA/BS in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI (in lieu of degree, 4-7 years of relevant work experience required).
-4 years of experience with user-focused product writing including work in hardware, software, digital agency, or other relevant product areas.
-Experience working across a number of different surfaces and platforms including mobile, desktop, and TV.
-Experience masterfully giving ideas meaning and clarity through words and storytelling.
-Experience in shaping content strategy for multi-disciplinary projects.
