Our insurance client is looking for a remote UX Content Writer to join their team for 40 hours/week for 3 months!
The UX Content Writer will be responsible for:
-Writing at a 6-7 grade reading level to guide customers through an online self-service platform that handles 5 millions claims a year
-Covering topics related to scheduling, signing documents electronically and FAQs
-Updating email campaigns
Candidates being considered for the UX Content Writer role have previous experience with:
-Working collaborative and cross-functional in a corporate environment
-Working on a variety of consumer facing projects
-Figma, InVision, Microsoft Office
