Our retail client is looking for an Full Time Director of Marketing to join their growing team and lead their loyalty program.

This role is REMOTE. Local to Chicago would be great but client open to other location if comfortable traveling 2+ times per month to corporate or restaurant locations.

This is an exciting role for a Director or Marketing with a strong understanding of the competitive restaurant market, consumer target mindset, economic trends and business needs to inform relevant marketing strategy & execution. The ideal candidate has with experience with restaurants franchises and loyalty programs; marketing on a variety of channels including mobile app, events, PR, partnerships, digital, print, and direct mail.

Direct or Marketing Requirements:
- Around 10+ years of experience developing and executing on marketing strategy in the direct-to-consumer space
- Exposure to the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Familiar with social, organic and paid media
- Strong CRM strategies and Customer Loyalty/Rewards
- Proven experience driving revenue growth

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing :
- Developing and executing marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
- Supporting our brand strategy and partnership
- Building strategy and executing marketing programs and promotions
- Leading campaign development and cross functional teams from ideation and briefing; owned, paid, and earned channels
- Optimizing budget across all marketing channels
- Creating and driving digital programs to optimize ROI and customer acquisition-based goal for each digital channels
- Manage menu strategy ; pricing/discount, menu, LTOs
- Owning marketing analysis and interpreting results
- Providing actionable insights based on available data
- Refine and grow customer segmentations
- Owning strategy surrounding loyalty program
