Our client in the education space is looking to hire a Senior Multimedia Manager to join their team in Phoenix full-time.

This will be M-F, this will be a hybrid of remote and onsite, must be local to the Phoenix area.

MUST provide a current portfolio of produced work.

What you will be doing as a Senior Multimedia Manager:
-Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director and provide overall direction for approved projects including producing, photo shoots, video editing, etc.
-Engage and actively plan and complete all three phases of production (pre-production, production and post-production)
-Meet with clients to obtain information about proposed projects
-Engage with clients through offering development and production ideas, provide recommendations and creative solutions for audio/visual targeted initiatives
-Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to provide best practices for video media
-Scout shoot locations and assess possible obstacles in filming. Obtain necessary approvals and consents. Shoot/Capture sound bites from a pool of demographic subjects that meet creative direction and outcome for the specific project
-Work within the project management system, video workflow cloud system and digital asset management system to track projects and provide necessary support or resources to fill requests
-Ensure technical equipment is available and ready for the multimedia crew to produce final product
-Work with multimedia producers to maintain multimedia asset library for storage, retention and access
-Manage video uploads for distribution sources
-Analyze user responses to video assets (number of views, drop off rates, comments, etc.) across multiple channels
-Provide trend reports to management and an action plan for increasing user response as needed

What you need to know as a Senior Multimedia Manager:

-Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college, or relevant industry certification
-10+ years' relevant work experience which includes supervising a creative team and providing creative direction for photo and video production
-Experience working with broad professionals including on-camera talent and production staff
-Demonstrated ability to generate creative concepts and produce quality multimedia assets
-Strong knowledge of video production software including: DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Soundbooth)
-Strong understanding of video and audio production encoding and compression
-Working knowledge in Facebook Live and YouTube for streaming
-Demonstrate sound decision making when working under tight deadlines
