Our education client is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team full-time.

This will be remote, with the chance to go into the office on occasion under certain circumstances. Must be local to Phoenix, AZ. This will be M-F for 40 hours per week.

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on website and marketing data regarding customers, web behavior and campaign effectiveness, with a strong background in web metrics, tracking and reporting. Supports key stakeholders in providing necessary information to assist with critical business decisions.

What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Analyst:
-Produce reports such as lead numbers, conversion data, web trends, paid lead trends, lead status reports, budgeted leads and projections for digital marketing directors and digital marketing managers
-Perform measurement analysis and reporting of digital campaign and A/B testing performance metrics utilizing data from Google Analytics, Full Story, Acquia and other web tracking platforms
-review and analyze current and historical campaign performance data and/or use behavior in order to provide recommendations to optimize lead campaigns and lead delivery strategies for internal and external partners
-Create and distribute necessary digital marketing reports and dashboards to digital marketing directors and managers
-Perform UI/UX research as needed, reporting strategic and actionable recommendations to website and paid lead generation teams
-Identify opportunities for optimization of websites, paid lead campaigns and SEO/SEM programs
-Forecast traffic performance of channels based on budgets, update strategy, planned testing and attribution tool influences
-Research current concepts, potential partners, techniques, technology and competitive practice to offer solutions and strategy

What you need to know as a Digital Marketing Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, economics or related field
-Master's degree in data analytics or related field preferred
-5+ years experience in the digital performance analytics field
-Proven experience working with Google Suite of tools (Analytics,Ads, Tag Manager)
-Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system
-Preferred experience in Google Data Studio
-Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
-Extremely motivated and stays up to date with industry trends
