We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join growing an in-house agency build for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite in a metra accessible NW suburb.
Supporting a rapidly growing internal development team we are looking for someone who can help balance workloads, ensure complete hand-offs, and effectively coordinate cross-organization projects. Much of the clients platform work is done in partnership with an agency of record so experience working with 3rd parties in imperative to the success of this role.
As Technical Project Manager you will:
- help define development cycles
- lead daily stand up/scrum with development team
- maintain project schedules to ensure efficient work distribution
- ensure project direction and feedback is comprehensive and clear prior to developer hand-off
- manage project management platform (ClickUp) for development team
- coordinate with internal creative agency for multi-department projects
- manage and report on project throughput and costs
We expect this function to grow to up to 12 people in the next 12 months and are looking for a Technical PM to help set the foundation.
Prior experience as Scrum Master will put you at the top of the list!
