Our Milwaukee based client is seeking a part time Event Coordinator to join their team for ~20 hours a week for the next 5+ months.

This is a fully remote opportunity that will require on site for even prep and day of events!

Event Coordinator Requirements:
- 1-3 years event planning/administration with logistics and communication that supports all aspects of event planning
-Microsoft Suite working knowledge with an emphasis on Excel to develop and manage lists
- Experience communicating with outside vendors with a strong attention to detail

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support event planing through managing timelines, calendars, diagrams, banquet event orders and venue/floor plans
- Maintain inventory and organization of promotional and signage materials
- Develop and maintain RSVP lists, mail mergers, labels, nametags etc.
