Our pharmaceutical agency client needs a full time Associate Director of Strategic Planning to contract with their team, 40 hours a week through December.

This is a fully remote position.

Acting as the voice of the consumer at Intouch, an Associate Director, Strategic Planning will work on a variety of projects guided by a tenured Planning Director or Group Planning Director. This person will provide research, insight and strategic guidance to a variety of accounts, consumer profiles and industry verticals.

Associate Director Strategic Planning core Responsibilities:
- Partners with Creative, subject matter experts and Account Management peers to develop ideas and orchestrate planning and analytical activity for healthcare / pharmaceutical accounts
- Synthesizes data and insights to drive integrated strategy development, comprehensive multichannel plans and creative ideas
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies, digital cross-channel strategies, creative briefs, customer journeys and ecosystems
- Elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to client business
- Directs strategic key components of client business and actively engages with clients
- Leads multiple simultaneous projects and assignments; delegates as appropriate
- Takes the lead on all annual planning deliverables
Identifies opportunities for improvement, organic growth and workflow efficiencies for the agency
- Starts to develop and actively participate in the development of POVs, channel/tactical plans, patient journeys and digital ecosystems
- Actively supports new business activity where required

Associate Director of Strategic Planning requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
- 6+ years in planning, strategic planning and related communications experience;
- Advertising agency experience is a huge plus
- Proven ability to think creatively with evidence of success in developing multichannel strategies for brands and delivering them to market
- Strong digital and analytical capabilities are a must
Pharmaceutical/healthcare background is very nice to have
Storyteller and persuasive presenter
- Deep understanding of digital channels, and knowledge of the various roles and contributions of other strategic disciplines such as CRM and social media
