CRO / UX Analyst - WFH during Covid-19

Our client in the digital agency space is looking for a CRO / UX Analyst to join their Conversion Rate Optimization team full-time.

This will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This will be remote through at least the end of the year, will eventually be expected to report to the office in Phoenix.

What you will be doing as a UX Analyst:
- Strategically improve website and landing page conversion rates
- Conduct user experience research, site analyses, and ongoing CRO tests (A/B tests, multivariate, personalization, etc.) within multiple verticals
- Conduct in-depth website analysis (Google Analytics, heat mapping, accessibility, and user experience)
- Ideating, creating and managing CRO experiments on the client website through testing platforms (Convert, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc)
- Create and optimize landing pages for paid search / social efforts through data-driven insights and A/B testing
- Write and present data-driven user experience (UX) insights to clients and other subject matter experts

What you need to know as a UX Analyst:
- Experience with CRO testing tools such as Convert, Unbounce, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Visual Website Optimizer
- Fluent in Google Analytics and website tracking tools
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
- Design experience such as Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, etc.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team
- Strong writing and communication skills to convey testing results and insights to non-experts
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes
- Adaptable and can quickly learn new tools
- Knowledgeable in WordPress and Content Management Systems
- Thinks outside of the box, creative and a critical thinker
- Ability to extrapolate insights through data
- Must be extremely detail oriented!
