Our client in the digital agency space is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist - Paid Media to join their team full-time.

This will be Monday-Friday, 8am -5pm.This will be remote through at least the end of the year, will eventually be expected to report to the office in Phoenix.

What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Strategist - Paid Media:

- Expert in digital marketing with a focus on search, display, video campaign strategy and implementation
- You will be client facing and serve as a communication point for account management, project management, and strategy teams for hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and proactive tactical recommendations
- Work closely with the VP/Director of Paid Media, actively involved in audience research, and strategy proposals for paid media channels
- Provide recommendations on budget, bidding, audience, copy and asset and landing page/UX testing
- Establish a holistic paid media strategy, client communication expectations and performance goals
- Responsible for initial campaign research, implementation, analysis on tasks such as but not limited to: budget pacing, report building, performance analysis, keyword research, ad copy testing, audience building, etc

What you need to know as a Digital Marketing Strategist - Paid Media:

- Minimum 3-5 years of paid media experience, prefers some experience in the digital agency environment
- Expert level knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube
- Moderate level of knowledge in Google Analytics and GTM practices
- Basic level of knowledge in social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pintrest, Twitter
- High level of awareness of all digital marketing channels and their potential impact on paid media performance (Email, Social Media, Organic, Affiliate)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and willing to educate
- Experience working with B2B, B2C, and e-commerce verticals are recommended
- Ability to Analyze complex issues and develop relevant and strategic plan to solve client challenges
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
