Our global electronics manufacturing client is in need of a PR Manager with technical PR experience. This is a freelance to full time opportunity looking to start in September.

We are looking for a PR Manager with experience, ideally, in the technology/software industry, within in-house and/or agency settings. This role will be joining the global communications team and will be running PR for technology initiatives for the various industries the company supports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run point on the company's technology PR program – strategy and execution
- Lead media relations – pitching, follow up, interview facilitation and training, overseeing placement process
- Draft and review press content
- Issue national press releases and manage placements
- Manage day-to-day relationships with public relations agencies and vendors
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Strong record of executing successful PR and communications campaigns
