One of the HOTTEST companies in the Bay Area is seeking a Project Manager to assist their team.

In this role the Project Manager join the customer service division and will be responsible for managing multiple projects through the entire lifecycle from project definition/scope through to implementation, supporting teams including sales, service, support, and logistics!

Responsibilities:
- Develop business project plans and schedules, balancing business needs and expectations
- Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements
- Assist business units in creating quality documents required for project approvals and updates
- Prioritize and delegate key project tasks to team members
- Manage project risk throughout the life of the project
- Create and maintain issues logs to ensure accountability for resolution of key issues
- Act as a liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure business project needs are being met with technology solutions

Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience planning, managing, delivering medium (6-8 month) and large (8-12+ month) systems projects
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines and budgets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams across a global company
- Knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles and business process flow diagramming
- Consulting background and logistic project experience preferred

This Project Manager role is an onsite freelance opportunity 40 hours per week in Cupertino - accessible via company shuttle.
