Calling all eComm Marketing Coordinator who love retail! Our client in the retail space is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join their team.

This is a direct-hire role that is fully offsite during COVID-19.

The eComm Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing, organizing and uploading all products and product specifications/content into content management system (CMS) for company eCommerce website
- Managing and organizing new products in the CMS
- Maintaining and updating category and product data
- Acting as liaison between digital merchandisers, copywriters, merchants and imaging specialists to make sure all product assets are accurate and attained
- Doing QA checks on the website to ensure products are up-to-date
- Preparing digital asset sheets to determine needs from Creative Team
- Monitoring the web help desk

The eComm Marketing Coordinator must have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar digital role or a retail environment
- Experience with IBM WebSphere or a similar CMS
- Base level HTML knowledge
- Ability to ask questions when needed and feels comfortable working with a variety of team members
- Expert knowledge in Excel and understands data entry
- Extremely collaborative mindset
