Our client is hiring for a full time Marketing Manager with Public Relations and Events experience to join their team.

This will be 40 hours per week, M-F, onsite once they are back in office. A workspace will be provided.

Additional experience in Property Management or Commercial Real Estate is strongly preferred!

What you will be doing as a Marketing Manager (Public Relations / Events):
- Manage all yearly marketing budgets
- Manage public relations strategy and PR agencies for client
- Oversee all on-site events and event contractors from the planning stages to event day including all advertising including public relations, community partnerships, logistics, permitting and success metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing team and property management teams to create all ad concepts to include social media, website, digital and print advertising for events and tenant/property marketing.
- Manage objectives with specialty leasing and sponsorships to support property ancillary revenue goals, and work with community partners/sponsors and non-profits in the area to enhance current and potential sponsorships.
- Build strong relationships with property management teams and their current and potential tenants to understand their businesses and create marketing opportunities on-site to drive traffic to the centers and tenant stores.
- Communicate with the property GMs, tenants, sponsors and vendors to keep communication consistent, efficient, enjoyable and effective.
- Manage monthly & quarterly marketing reports for the properties.
- Manage invoicing and contracts associated with budgets.
- Manage other tenant and marketing manager team members.
- Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

What you need to know as a Marketing Manager (Public Relations / Events):
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability
- Creative abilities; ability to think “outside the box”
- Developed knowledge of marketing commercial real estate or retail
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment. “self-starter”
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Detail oriented; organized and thorough
- Work well under pressure, meeting deadlines consistently
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
