Our consulting/agency client in the pharma/life science arena is seeking a unique Account Director who is hungry to sell and grow their business to join their team on a fulltime basis.

The ideal Account Director/Business Development Manager:
+ Must be a SEM (Subject Matter Expect) in the Digital Marketing Services realm within the Pharma space
+ Must be Hungry to sell; grow and sell business
+ Being Data centric/Analytics is a plus
+ Will have a proven record of maintaining the ultimate accountability for client satisfaction, increasing account revenue and overall growth, and experienced as a team leader.

The Account Director/Business Development Manager will play a key role of supporting a Pharmaceutical client partner as the focal point for all communication and sales on marketing and digital solution activities.
Responsibilities include:
+ Executing client marcom strategies + business development strategies
+ Responsible for acquiring new business and growing the account, expanding services/business
+ Managing and growing the client relationship
+ Supporting and creating effective digital solutions across all channels
+ Supporting the client with brand strategy, working with a marketing strategist to develop online advertising and programs (website initiatives, apps, social, others).
+ Liaising between the agency and the client partner by articulating client’s brand objectives and needs to our internal teams and being responsible for client relationships.
