The ideal Marketing Coordinator will be more of a marketing generalist and will touch on many different areas. Having worked in B2B, SaaS environments where things are fast-moving is preferred. However, having worked for a start-up where you've had to wear many hats will also be considered!

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who has demonstrated the creation of new ideas or processes, who has the desire to jump into something new. In other words, someone who is proactive and takes initiative rather than someone who needs to be told exactly what to do.

This role will be to support the Marketing Director with content marketing, targeted email automation, drip marketing, PR/media outreach, and reporting analytics.

NOTE: This is a junior to mid-level position. We're looking for someone who is eager and hungry to learn. Someone with 1-3 years of experience is ideal. Strong internship experience will also be considered.

? Manage and support the firms marketing plan and calendar
? Handle communication between teams on marketing support/requests
? Work with the Director on marketing automation plans
? Manage the firm’s website and social media presence
? Manage third-party service providers (e.g., PR, content marketing, & design agencies)
? Assist with reporting on the success and business impact of marketing initiatives.

? 1+ years of Marketing experience
? Knowledge of Hubspot (Salesforce experience a plus!) - ***Will consider a candidate who is strong in other areas who has a willingness to learn HubSpot!
