Our social media giant client seeks an Agency Operations Manager to join their team onsite in Menlo Park!

The Agency Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with Global Business Marketing, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Business Marketing, Brand Solutions, Creative & Experience, and other internal teams to operationalize and optimize a global agency roster and infrastructure vision.
- Help manage day-to-day relationships with preferred vendors and contractors, re-evaluating contracts each quarter and providing feedback to continuously improve work quality and production.
- Codify best practices for evaluating, onboarding and managing relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Establish strategies in partnership with Sourcing, HR, and PRO on scaling and managing full-time workforce.
- Work closely with partner teams and sourcing to assess vendor/contractor growth strategies and evaluate new and existing contracts.
- Coordinate training and compliance of relevant tools and process, as well as quarterly business reviews.

The ideal Agency Operations Manager should possess the following:
- 6-8 years of relevant or related working experience in creative operations preferred.
- Experience at an agency or studio ideal - managing budgets and vendors experience required.
- Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in a medium to large global organization.
- Understanding of marketing agency business and staffing models (digital and print).
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools or related project/program management and digital asset management (DAM) a plus.
