Marketing Project Coordinator - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a top tech company is looking for the help of a Marketing Project Coordinator to support their team in a remote, freelance capacity for 30 hours/week for the next 6 months.

Responsibilities for this Marketing Project Coordinator:
- Manage creative projects from conception to completion
- Facilitate marketing requests for stakeholders
- Create project plans, track project, hold status meetings
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, on schedule and within project scope
- Act as the Creative representative in project meetings
- Create a partnership with marketing leads and creative team

The ideal Marketing Project Coordinator has:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project/Traffic Manager in a Creative or Marketing department
- Experience with Workfront or similar PM tool
- Proven proofreading/editing experience
- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Bonus: Experience with digital asset management tools (Widen or AEM)
