Our client is hiring for a Web Developer Manager to join their team, full time.

This will be onsite, 40 hours per week, M-F.

This role will entail a 50/50 split in front end development and project management. They are seeking someone that knows how to code and understand HTML well, but can step back to provide input and strategy.

What you will be doing as a Web Developer Manager:
- Responsible for Front End development support and ensuring that all projects developed adhere to code standards, site architecture, CSS guidelines and functional requirements including ADA requirements
- Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices
- Dedicated partner to the IT team to work hand-in-hand on prioritization marketing requests and sprint planning along with writing functional requirement documents.
- Owner of the Marketing Technology Roadmap in charge of maintaining and pushing initiatives.
- Oversee all website and mobile app usability testing and ongoing UX updates.
- Lead the technical SEO Strategy - i.e. Google Search Console, Google AMP, Yext
- Manages and oversees all website analytics implementation - i.e. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar
- Owner of site optimization A/B testing, heatmapping, analytics data
- Responsible for ADA compliance & upcoming GDPR compliance
- Effectively manage, develop, and positively motivate front end developers


What you need to know as a Web Developer Manager:
- Minimum 5 years web development experience
- Understanding of Object Oriented programming
- Experience as a team leader with an emphasis in technology
- Strong expertise in modern front-end technology, frameworks, and libraries
- Strong experience with Marketing Technologies (e.g. Email Marketing, Optimization, CMS, Analytics, Tag Management, A/B Testing)
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture including server administration and DNS
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- Extraordinary project management, planning, and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of the development life-cycle (planning, creating, testing, and deploying)
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development process
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Minimum two years of Sitefinity CMS or comparable content management system required.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
