Technical Project Coordinator - WFH during Covid-19

Our client in the Financial Services space is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for a 40 hour a week contract that is up to 18 months.

This role is currently WFH During COVID-19, but will ONSITE at the Domain.

The Technical Project Coordinator must at least 1 year of experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, a Bachelor's degree and a strong grasp on how to manage large corporate entities.

In this role, the Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Scheduling and facilitating project meetings across internal teams
- Building PowerPoint presentations for leadership team members
- Tracking project documentation in SharePoint and Confluence
- Helping manage financial reports and budgets for the various projects. Also, tracking invoices.
- Planning for workshops and other leadership meetings
- Ensuring that projects are being tracked appropriately
- Writing meeting recaps and providing areas of importance to the team stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with the Program Director's
- Taking on other tasks as needed

Technical Requirements:
- Microsoft Office- highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- SharePoint
- Confluence
- Microsoft Project
