Our client is a major communications corporation. They are seeking an Instructional Designer to assist the team on a 4 month contract for 40 hours/week.

Instructional Designer overview:
In this role you'll spend most your time designing and creating eLearning materials using Articulate Storyline and the Adobe Creative Suite.

The contract portion of the contract-to-hire can be remote. However, if the candidate is converted to full-time status, they will need to be in Charlotte. The FTE schedule will be hybrid- 3 days in office/2 days remote.

Projects / deliverables include:
Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services. Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field
