Our client, a health care system, is looking for a Web Content Manager to join their team full time. This role is a hybrid of web content management, product ownership of a website, and customer service.

This position is fully remote, however if you wish to be hybrid that could be accommodated. The office is located in Chapel Hill, NC.

Web Content Manager Responsibilities:
- Customer Service via "Contact Us" Mailbox: Monitor and manage mailbox that connects internal partners with the web team
- Manage Content in Transition to Yext: Link and tag existing providers to the system, ensure business information and tags are updated
- Determine Tagging Hierarchy in Yext: Work with web operations team to map out hierarchy of tagging within the new platform
- Liaise directly with physician practice partners

Web Content Manager Requirements:
- Experience with a CMS system is a must
- Interest in the usability aspect of websites, thinking about how consumers will interact with site
- Expert in Excel and working with data
- Attention to detail is very important for this role for data QA
- Bachelor's Degree is required
