CMS Support Lead

Our client is in the mortgage space. They are growing fast and at the top of their game. They are seeking a permanent CMS Support Lead. This person can be local or remote.

The position:
Move high priority tickets to the front of the line and make sure updates are communicated with ease. You will ensure others on the support team are providing top customer service. The project liaison between internal team and the customers - the load officers

The responsibilities:
- Lead our support team (indirectly) by providing business expectations and manage ticket escalations
- Liasison between stakeholders, clients, outside vendors and oversees partners.
- Work with the internal comms team and training team to ensure all parties are aware of any technical issues that affect the masses
- Be the point of contact for support escalations for training team and clients
- Help prioritize tickets and enhancements - then communicate
- Become and SME on the proprietary CMS

The skills:
- 3+ years of tech change management communication.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
- Great bedside manner and positive attitude.
- Quickly recognizes issue needs and escalate to resolve it.
- Able to manage multiple high priority tasks or projects at a single time.
- Cloud based application experience.
