Our higher education client is seeking an Art Director / Creative Services Manager to play a key role in handling current workload while rebuilding processes of internal systems.

This Art Director / Creative Services Manager is responsible for:
- Previous experience in Art Director role
- Handle current workload efficiently while maintaining long term vision of brand
- Rebuilding a brand both in brand personality and assets
- Concepting design strategies and campaigns
- Provide direction to your creative team to establish a unified look and feel for all departments
- Making creative decisions on copy, graphics, art, marketing campaigns, and marketing packets
- Presenting concepts and campaigns to necessary internal teams
- Develop and expand brand voice and guidelines
- Create templates and assets that can be used in a repeatable process
- Create digital packets that can be mass applied to multiple internal marketing request i.e. brochure, landing page, one sheet, etc.
- Brining context and creativity across web, print, digital and video
- Routinely partner with marketing and production
- Hands-on leadership across multiple departments
- Working closely with the VP of Marketing and Project Manager to assign work and build schedules for the creative team
- Be comfortable balancing many high level projects at any given time as well as smaller production jobs
- Oversee the workload scoping, forecasting, capacity planning, and workload distribution
- Be the “go-to” point of contact for creative art direction

This Art Director / Creative Services Manager needs:
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and resilient to changing timelines, requests, and deliverables
- Must be hands on, with the ability to design, write and conceptualize as well as lead
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Bold leadership skills. We need someone who is confident in everything from team building and mentoring to guiding large groups of creative talent
- Portfolio demonstrating effective 360° campaigns for B2B and B2C (or speak to experience)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and preferably Marketo
