Our global financial services client is looking for a Marketing Technology Manager with 5+ years in marketing technology/marketing operations. Plus related experience in Salesforce, CMS and marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred). Full-time position, 1-2 days in office weekly.

Candidates must be located in the Kansas City or Philadelphia areas.

As a Marketing Technology Manager you will focus on enabling the marketing team to optimize the client journey across our digital ecosystem and aid the digital marketing team in creating targeted, personalized campaigns. You will combine our marketing strategies with data and technology, and ensure our campaigns get to clients flawlessly. You will also own relationships with marketing technology partners and working closely with IT to build a best-in-class martech stack. Lastly, a major part of this role will be creating and executing a marketing technology roadmap that is aligned with business goals.

Marketing Technology Manager Responsibilities:

- Define the features and benefits of marketing technology solutions and ensure they are properly communicated to all project stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate MarTech vendors to fit business goals.
- Document requirements for marketing systems that support day-to-day business needs, innovation opportunities and/or integration requirements.
- Maintain and enhance the existing MarTech tools, focusing on full adoption.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure marketing technology is compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as marketing subject matter expert and point of contact for issues and programs related to marketing technology and associated integrations.
- Partner with internal technology partners and external vendors to manage ongoing technical updates, integrations and patches.
- Ability to implement technology projects into enterprises with evidence of adoption and/or ROI.

Marketing Techology Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related technical major (CS,CIS)
- 5+ Years in Marketing Technology/Operations
- Prior product management & business systems analysis experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills spanning business and technical audiences.

Marketing Technology Manager Softwares:
- Salesforce
- CMS (AEM preferred)
- Marketing Automation platforms (Pardot preferred)
- Project Management Software (Workfront, a plus)
- Other MarTech tools, a plus
