Our Fortune 500 Financial Services company is looking for Event Marketing Manager! This role will be 40 hours a week for 1 year.

The client is open to someone who is FULLY REMOTE, but ideally would be co-located to one of these markets: Austin, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco.

Event Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinating large corporate events from start to finish.
Managing and finding speakers for the event.
Managing the execution of the invites, digital website content, agenda development and compliance reviews.
Developing project documentation such as agendas for review, presentations, organizing internal meetings with recaps and the follow-ups required.
Bringing new ideas as it relates to the content and speakers for the event.
Delivering projects related to the events on time.
Building strong internal relationships to ensure materials are created and collected on time.
Working with outside vendors for needs related to the event.

Event Marketing Manager Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years' leading corporate events.
Experience within the financial services space would be a big plus!
Microsoft Office
