Our large Fortune 500 Financial Services client is looking for a Marketing Specialist for an assignment starting in January! This role will be 40 hours a week for roughly 8 months.

This role does require the candidate to be local to Austin and will be work from home until the client goes back into the office in Q1.

The Marketing Specialist must have at least 3+ years' experience, bachelor's degree and has supported a number of marketing tasks.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Developing and conducting marketing research.
- Helping produce reports on merchandising items.
- Preparing responses for RFP's, RFI's and proposals.
- Coordinating promotional materials for the teams and working with those vendors.
- Maintaining and adding marketing contacts and data for the team.
- Helping the sales organization communicate with leads.
- Other marketing tasks as assigned.

Required Programs:

- Microsoft Office- especially Excel.
