Studio / Office Manager (FTE + mostly onsite downtown SEA) - Seattle

Rate $50K-$60K DOE
Our creative studio client is looking for a studio manager to join their team as an FTE. They create art installations, generally in corporate environments (lobbies, offices, etc). While the team is currently on a hybrid model, this position will likely be in-person at their downtown Seattle office most days.

Please note - the client requires someone to be fully vaccinated prior to starting.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-General studio coordination tasks including welcoming clients, managing deliveries, and answering phone calls
- running the studio - renweing insurance, cleaning agreements, etc.
-Onboarding new team members by arranging equipment, setting up accounts, and updating employee handbook
-Supporting managing directors in tasks such as booking travel itineraries, logging expense reports, employee PTO and performance reviews
-Event planning for team outings, trips, and parties

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in similar or comparable roles
- experience
- experience managing calendars for two or more individuals and a director level
- strong organization skills
- experience with Excel, MS Teams, Outlook
- some experience with or exposure to design studios (not required)
