Our Fortune 500 client is hiring a Content Specialist for a long-term contract position!


The Content Specialist will work with product experts based in Austin to manage content available via the customer experience help center. The Content Specialist will write new articles and UI copy for help center and other educational properties within the company. You will manage incoming tasks from product experts via ticketing system, proofread and update materials, update educational properties, etc. and ensure that content stays evergreen.

The ideal Content Specialist will have experience writing copy for technology products and be well-versed in digital marketing and SEO best practices.

- 2+ years of technical, product, user-facing or related copywriting experience
- Proven successes tracking content performance, including traffic, helpfulness, and resolution, and proven success improving these metrics over time
- Ability to work in CMS (any CMS is good!) just need to be tech savvy; if you have worked in AEM, that's even better!

- Background in customer education/training or help center
