Account Manager (Japanese Proficiency) - Fully Remote/Off-site

We are seeking an account manager for a 6 month contract, 40 hours per week remote with our notable tech client. This candidate will need to speak and write Japanese fluently enough to succeed in a business environment and be comfortable maintaining meeting hours in Japan Standard Time.

In this role, you will be expected to support the Business Development team by sourcing leads, while continuing to identify new opportunities to improve existing processes for our sales process, seller onboarding, program growth, and day-to-day operations management.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1+ years of experience post school, professional experience
- Must speak and write Japanese fluently enough to succeed in a business environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM

preferred skills
- Good communication skills
- High volume sales experience with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses and lead generation
- Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures
- Business Development or Marketing experience
- Job history with client facing or retail customer facing
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
