Our media agency client is looking for an Associate Director of Analytics to join their team! This is a direct hire full time position, reporting to the Media Director. This role will start remotely and is expected to be onsite in Seattle down the road.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Overseeing the implementation of analytics solutions/media campaigns to ensure the campaign architecture is setup correctly to achieve measurement goals
-Actively participating in client pitch meetings and presenting analytics offerings to new clients
-Evolving and growing the client's analytics department and creating a roadmap for implementation
-Collaborate with account strategy teams to provide insights on how to best solve business solutions from an analytics offerings standpoint

The ideal candidate will have:
-5-7 years of relevant work experience; 3+ years agency experience preferred
-Experience with various web and media measurement and attribution technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, DCM (ad-server), MTA solutions, etc.
-Experience with digital media/marketing platforms DSPs, 3rd party data, DMPs a plus
-Experience with data visualization software (eg: Tableau)
-Knowledge of programmatic media buying and audience segmentation, a plus
-Experience being client facing and/or participating in new business pitches
-Strong leadership skills, and the desire to shape and own the client's analytics strategy and best practices
