Assistant Project Manager - WFH Flexible

Our agency client is looking for an assistant project manager to join their team in a contract-to-hire role. For now, the role is remote, but could eventually be onsite part of the time.

In this role, you will support the account manager and partner with her direct reports (she has 17). Your work will be a mix of admin and project management, but there is a strong chance you can move into a project manager role (others have done this after 1-2 years in this role).

They are looking for someone who is sharp, organized, and can work fairly autonomously.

Responsibilities may include:
- working with the account manager and following up with team members for project updates and deliverables
- putting together PowerPoint decks
- company initiatives and daily organizational tasks. Partake in administrative assistance, monitoring vendors, utilize internal systems, and onboarding new team members
- assist lead PMs with project timelines, and delivery of project files to client(s). Inputting production jobs into internal systems, print proofing, and invoicing.
- generate estimates, manage internal time, and attend internal and external meetings

The ideal project coordinator will have:
- 1-2+ years of experience
- experience working in fast-paced environments
- a great attitude, an eagerness to keep things running smoothly, and a desire to eventually move into a PM role
- strong communication skills + be deadline-driven

This position is fully remote, but you must be in the Seattle area in order to come on site occasionally.
