Our pet care client is looking for a creative content manager to join their team full time!

In this role you will be responsible for:
- acting as the focal point of content requests, creating it, editing it, or supporting other content needs on the team.
- collaborating with sales and marketing to identify content needs, updates and revisions, as well as formulating a content roadmap/calendar
- researching and contributing creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers, developing engaging content for both B2C and B2B audiences, growing inbound organic traffic, and more
- spearheading tasks regarding content as well as editorial strategy
- brainstorming with editorial team members to develop new ideas for content
- collaborating with design to ensure engaging, easy to consume and differentiated content
- working with digital marketing to support social, partnership, and distribution channel collaboration, SEO/SEM objectives and conversion driving campaigns

The ideal creative content manager will have:
- 5+ years of creative content experience and 2+ years of people management experience
- experience working with copywriters, designers, and cloud based software tools
- experience in a startup environment or financial services industry
- comfort using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement
