Are you a service designer who loves creating new service experiences for consumers that improve outcomes & help them achieve better health? Our Fortune 100 healthcare client is looking for a senior service designer to join their team.

This is a 4-month contract to hire role. The role will be offsite mainly, but has the opportunity to transition onsite in January 2022. If the candidate is not in a local market, then they can work fully remotely on Eastern or Central time zones.

The senior service designer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating seamless customer experience connectivity across touchpoints, channels, & business offerings
- Utilizing strategic tools & human-centered approaches, such as UX research, customer personas, journey mapping, & service blueprinting
- Exploring new services through delivery to measure the consumer experience & support ongoing improvement & evolution of the consumer's journey
- Delivering a personalized, seamless, & easy experience for customers
- Working collaboratively to propose novel experience improvements for unique & diverse customer populations
- Building repeatable, effective tools & processes
- Driving customer research agenda to align strategy & knowledge gaps
- Leading teams to synthesize findings into insights & business recommendations that engender empathy & drive impact
- Tracking implementation to tie improvement activities to key measures that create customer & business value
- Developing & maintaining service blueprints across all touchpoints
- Collaborating with product teams & business partners to quantify value of a concept, design operational roles & processes, & build business models

The senior service designer must have:
- 4-6 years of experience with UX Design
- 3+ years of experience with Design Thinking, Service Design, Design Strategy, user-centered design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in design-related field
- Experience with horizontal leadership experience (i.e., projects, initiatives)
- Expert facilitator with ability to design and deliver multiple types of design activities with consumer & business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability supporting user experience needs from design definition to execution & measurement
- Experience with conducting UX research
- Advanced communication & storytelling abilities
- Experience working with product teams using an Agile methodology
- Ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment
